Free accounts receive 25 Fast Mode credits daily, and PixelMind Basic Slow Mode is available at 0 credits under fair-use limits. Fast Mode usage varies by model, resolution and output count, so the current cost is shown before each generation. Daily credits reset at midnight UTC.

Wait until the next day for your daily free credits to reset, or upgrade to a subscription plan for more credits. Pro includes 2,000 credits/month, Ultimate includes 5,000, and Max includes 10,000.

Free daily credits expire at the end of each day (midnight UTC). Subscription credits refresh to your plan's full allowance at the start of each billing cycle (your monthly renewal date) and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

After logging in, your current credit balance is shown in the toolbar at the bottom of the Generate page. You can also view a detailed breakdown in your Profile.

AI generation involves some randomness. Try: 1) making your prompt more specific and detailed; 2) regenerating a few times; 3) checking the Prompt Tips page for optimization ideas.

You can write prompts in your preferred language. Model performance varies, and English may provide more consistent control for some models. If a result misses your intent, try a shorter prompt or add clear English style and camera terms.

Free plan images are for personal, non-commercial use only. Pro, Ultimate and Max plans include a commercial license for all generated content.

All generated images are automatically saved to Profile → My Works, where you can view, download, and manage them anytime.

Processing time varies by model, duration, resolution, provider load and whether audio is enabled. The model selector shows an estimated processing time; complex requests can take several minutes.

Available durations vary by model and currently range from short clips to options up to 15 seconds. Choose a model first to see its supported durations, resolutions and audio options.

Upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP image. Higher-resolution, well-lit source images with a clearly defined subject generally produce more stable motion.

If generation fails due to a system error, no credits are deducted. However, if the video is generated successfully but the result doesn't meet your expectations, the credits consumed are not refunded.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. After cancellation, your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, and unused credits are not affected.

When you upgrade, your subscription credits are immediately topped up to the new plan's full monthly allowance — for example, upgrading from Pro to Ultimate sets your subscription balance to 5,000 credits (it replaces your current cycle's subscription credits rather than adding to them). Your top-up credits are not affected. Your renewal date stays the same, and the next renewal onward bills at the new plan's price.

Checkout is handled securely by Creem, our Merchant of Record. You can pay by credit/debit card, and applicable taxes are calculated automatically.

Because credits and access are delivered to your account the moment you pay, we handle refunds individually rather than as automatic returns.
