AI Usage Policy

1. Models and changing capabilities

PixelMind offers its own workflows and third-party model families such as GPT Image, Nano Banana, Seedream, Seedance, Kling and Veo. Availability, capabilities, processing time and credit cost may change when providers update their services. The model selector and confirmation shown immediately before generation are the current source of truth.

2. Responsible use

• Use only prompts, reference files, voices and likenesses you have the right and consent to use.
• Do not create fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, threats, hateful abuse, unlawful surveillance or political manipulation.
• Do not present synthetic media as an authentic recording of a real event or person. Clearly disclose material AI generation where viewers could otherwise be misled or where law/platform rules require it.
• Do not use output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety or other high-impact advice.

3. Real people and likenesses

Authorized portraits, headshots and creative transformations are permitted when you have the subject’s consent and do not mislead, exploit or harm them. Publicly available status alone does not remove privacy, publicity or other personality rights.

4. Credits and failed requests

Free accounts currently receive 25 daily Fast Mode credits. Paid allowances and top-ups follow the Terms. Costs depend on model and settings and are displayed before submission. A request blocked before provider processing is not charged. If a provider starts processing or returns an unusable result, automatic refunds are not guaranteed; contact support for a billing review.

5. Safety systems

PixelMind uses a combination of prompt checks, provider safeguards, rate limits and, for some workflows, output moderation. These controls are not perfect and coverage can vary by model. We may block or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users, providers and the public.

6. Rights and commercial use

A paid plan permits commercial use as between you and PixelMind, but does not guarantee copyright, uniqueness, non-infringement or clearance of trademarks, likenesses and source material. You remain responsible for the intended use.

7. Reporting

Report harmful content or generation/credit problems to support@mypixelmind.com with the relevant URL or request ID.
