1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PixelMind AI (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by an independent individual developer (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us at any time at support@mypixelmind.com. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

The Platform provides the following AI generation services:

  • Text to image (AI image generation)
  • Text to video (AI video generation)
  • Image to video (AI animation)
  • Community Gallery for sharing and discovering works

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

A registered account is required to access full Platform features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Keep your password confidential and take responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Not transfer or lend your account to any other person
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits & Payments

The Platform uses a credit system:

  • Free users receive daily bonus credits that expire at the end of each day (midnight UTC)
  • Subscription plans include monthly credits that reset on the 1st of each month
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; benefits remain active through the end of the billing period

All payments, subscriptions, and billing are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchases are therefore also subject to Creem’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

5. Content Policy

You may not generate, upload, or share content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Contains violence, gore, or sexually explicit material
  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property, likeness, or privacy rights
  • Spreads misinformation or disinformation
  • Constitutes discrimination of any kind

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. Severe violations may be referred to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of AI-generated content:

  • You retain the right to use content you generate on the Platform
  • Free-plan content is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Paid-plan subscribers receive a commercial license for generated content
  • You may not claim AI-generated content as purely human-created original work

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is built on AI technology. We are not liable for:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
  • Service unavailability caused by network outages or server failures
  • Availability of third-party AI model services
  • Any losses arising from your use of generated content

8. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the included credits have been consumed. Top-up credits are generally non-refundable; contact support for exceptional circumstances. As Creem is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Creem back to your original payment method.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The Platform is offered to a global audience by an independent operator. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at support@mypixelmind.com so we can try to resolve it amicably and in good faith. Purchases made through the Platform are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record and are additionally subject to Creem’s own terms; payment, billing, tax, and purchase-related disputes are handled in accordance with those terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
