When you use the Platform, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, display name, and avatar provided at registration
- Usage data: prompts you enter, images and videos you generate, and activity logs
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address (used for security verification)
- Payment information: subscription and order records. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record; your full payment card details are handled by Creem and are never received or stored by us
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AI generation services
- Process account registration, login, and subscriptions
- Send service notifications and important updates
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Analyze Platform usage to enhance user experience
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a Supabase cloud database protected by industry-standard encryption. Generated images and videos are stored in secure cloud storage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- As required by law or valid legal process
- With technical service providers on a minimum-necessary basis to deliver the service, including our cloud database and storage provider (Supabase), our payment Merchant of Record (Creem), and third-party AI model providers that process your prompts to generate content
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: view your account information and generated works in your Profile
- Correction: update your display name, avatar, and other details in Account Settings at any time
- Deletion: delete individual works from your Profile; to permanently delete your entire account and associated data yourself, go to Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account (or contact support if you need help)
- Portability: download any images or videos you have generated
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and core functionality. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect some features.
7. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.
