Pricing explained
Free includes fair-use PixelMind Basic in Slow Mode at 0 credits, with up to four watermarked 0.5K images per request. You also receive 25 daily credits for Fast Mode. Paid plans add a monthly credit balance, HD/4K watermark-free downloads, video generation, faster queues and a commercial license.
Yes. You can change plans or cancel whenever you like. When you cancel, you keep your plan's benefits until the end of the current billing period — nothing is cut off mid-cycle.
Because your credits and access are delivered the moment your payment goes through, we handle refunds individually rather than as automatic returns. If something isn't right — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or another issue — just email support@mypixelmind.com with your order ID and we'll do our best to make it right, usually within 3 business days.
Top-up packs are a one-time purchase that stack on top of your subscription or free credits. Active paid subscribers receive 50% extra credits with every pack. Top-up credits stay valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Subscription credits refresh to your plan's full amount at each billing cycle (they don't roll over). Upgrading mid-cycle tops your subscription balance up to the new plan's full amount and keeps your renewal date the same. Top-up credits are separate and are spent last, so they're never lost in an upgrade.
All paid plans — Pro, Ultimate and Max — include a commercial license, so you can use your images and videos for products, marketing, client work and monetized content. The Free plan is for personal use and exploration.
Checkout is securely handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and can vary by location, billing address, purchase type and device. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically.
Your checkout shows the price and renewal term that apply when you subscribe. If pricing for an existing subscription changes, we will provide advance notice where required and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
