Free gives you 25 credits every day on the standard model, with watermarked standard-resolution downloads — great for trying everything out. Paid plans add a monthly credit balance, HD/4K watermark-free downloads, video generation, faster queues and a commercial license.
Yes. You can change plans or cancel whenever you like. When you cancel, you keep your plan's benefits until the end of the current billing period — nothing is cut off mid-cycle.
Because your credits and access are delivered the moment your payment goes through, we handle refunds individually rather than as automatic returns. If something isn't right — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or another issue — just email support@mypixelmind.com with your order ID and we'll do our best to make it right, usually within 3 business days.
Top-up packs are a one-time purchase that stack on top of your subscription or free credits — handy for a busy month without changing your plan. Top-up credits stay valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Subscription credits refresh to your plan's full amount at each billing cycle (they don't roll over). Upgrading mid-cycle tops your subscription balance up to the new plan's full amount and keeps your renewal date the same. Top-up credits are separate and are spent last, so they're never lost in an upgrade.
All paid plans — Pro and Ultra — include a commercial license, so you can use your images and videos for products, marketing, client work and monetized content. The Free plan is for personal use and exploration.
